Indie film shoots in Virginia

"Waterford's War" is a film-in-production about Quakers and Unionists in Virginia during the ACW - not at all far-fetched. The county I live in named a town Lincoln during the war to spite the CSA government. They named another town Union. Pennsylvanians settled a lot of this land in the 18th Century; on our property, Pennsylvania German immigrants left a fine stone farmhouse built during the French and Indian Wars.

The passing tourist thinks it's a "Mosby Heritage Area" but it was also the seat of what might be called "Waterford's War."
